This is my new lifestyle now, this never felt like a challenge, to begin with. With the right education, guidance and determination anyone can achieve these results. (I’ve also completed this challenge needing bilateral hip surgery)
I started this with a positive attitude & determination I can honestly say that I’ve stuck to my calories and training 100%. I gave it my all and I got the results I was wanting. I’m more conscious of my food choice now. I’ve suffered from midnight sleep snacking every night since I can remember. Until now, I haven’t had a midnight snack since week 2 of this challenge.
